Brand New Industries was great to work with. They made a small custom brand which I designed for my husband to stamp the bottoms of his turned bowls.The uploading, ordering, and payment process was smooth and efficient. Such a great experience from the ordering process through delivery. Sal was very understanding and patient and had no problem revising my design until we got it just right. Brand came quicker than I expected. Brand is hefty and is good quality. I used a butane torch and it took a few times but I finally got the brand right. Would definitely recommend this company. I would probably opt for the electric handle and may change it in the future.

I had a really great experience ordering from this company. They were responsive and answered the phone for questions prior to and during the ordering process. For those who are accustomed to instant reactions, purchasing a custom brand will be painful…. Process takes three weeks including shipping. With that said - that is the exact time they estimate, and considering you are receiving a custom brand, that’s pretty fast! Quality is excellent, and if you give em a call, they are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Used it the first time tonight. Worked great! There is a faint area, but that’s due to the surface not being completely flat. HIGHLY recommend!!

My brand took a few weeks longer than quoted, but it’s 2022, so I’ll chalk that up to the supply chain. They still get 5 stars for their customer service and finished product. They even helped me tweak my initial design so it would be optimized for the branding iron- I don’t think design services were included in the price, but they were happy to help anyway at no extra charge. The team was great at communicating, and I’ll let the finished product speak for its self(see photo).
