I asked if they had a restroom, they responded rude and told me to basically go somewhere else to use a restroom, it seems alot of business in Amdor county, don't allow the public to use a restroom, I believe that not right, can't help sometimes from using them, they are not nice about it either,

Just came in to browse while my tacos were being made. Gotta say, Ace is the friendly place!

Every single employee greeted me and asked if they could help!
Since I was just looking around, I decided to Come up with something for them to help me find.
Each one of them walked me straight over to where it was and asked if I was good or if I had more questions.

this ace hardware in jackson ca, is the best hardware store, due to it’s employees. they are always helpful. today 2 ladies helped me find what i needed and they were so nice and helpful. the casheir, a young gentleman was nice too. everyone in there has been nice and helpful. i dont get out much, so not only did i find exactly what i needed, but i felt so good being there. ive been there a lot and it never fails.

The inventory is very good, but the helpful attitudes and professional knowledge of every employee is above and beyond the average hardware store. Bought a Traeger grill on sale for a great price. Felt so happy about the purchase mostly due to helpful knowledge of the employee yesterday. Today went back to pick it up and again the employees were wonderful. Win win situation for sure. Even though it was a bit of a drive for us- we love Ace Hardware. Oh and they give points for purchases too.
