I started working with SolarNets about a year ago! They have been extremely responsive and helpful as we’ve worked to solve the issue I have with golf balls ruining my solar panels! Because of my home and its orientation, I have four arrays of different sizes and layouts-not an easy task for them. I live in a different state and they couldn’t see it and measure it in person.….Krystyna and the team have been amazing to work with! I have four arrays of different sizes and layouts that face a fairway. Coming up with the proper size nets to fit the layouts (they flex with temperature change) and the right kind and amount of assembly hardware was not easy. Challenges include getting snow 5-6 months of the year; no “recommended installers” that could get “eyes on” and measure the arrays in person; and living in a different state from them. We’ve gone back and forth on numerous details and they were always understanding and patient. They were open to my feedback and offered helpful suggestions and solutions. I recommend using their support wire system for larger layouts….Again, can’t say enough about the customer service this company has given me! And their product is ingenious and still developing. They are amazing! Golf balls and solar panels don’t mix. But this company is working hard to help them coexist. I’ve felt like they are an ally in keeping my alternative energy solution functional and viable.

Can't say enough good things about my experience with SolarNets. Krystyna designed a custom net based on panel dimensions I provided worked with me on the order process and shipping. The net and supports were easy to install and fit perfectly .
