Maura is one of those very special people that shines an absolutely bright light on everyone she comes into contact with. I first met her at her Kundalini yoga class. What I loved immediately is that her spirit is so uplifting. You simply cannot be around her and feel sad, she is an instant cure. Her Kundalini yoga has been of great benefit to me from a mind, body, spirit perspective. I especially enjoy Maura's classes because she not only guides you through, she gives so many tips and techniques that can be easily practiced throughout the week to help in a myriad of areas. There definitely is something magic about this 3000 year old practice!

In addition to yoga, Maura also offers another ancient practice called Harmonium healing. This bio-metaphysical technique of deep relaxation is a transformational experience for both the body and the spirit. In simple terms, when I left this session, so lovingly provided by Maura, I felt that I was walking six inches off the ground. Her guidance, yoga instruction and Harmonium healing are a beautiful combination to help elevate the soul. I highly recommend her!

I have been taking Maura’s kundalini classes and also worked with her for some house energy cleaning sessions and Feng Shui private workshops. Maura has an amazing positive energy she brings and spreads around her wherever she enters. She also is very knowledgeable about holistic healing techniques, and a great teacher. I almost never post reviews, but I couldn't resist an opportunity to share my experience with Maura!! If you are looking for a place to start making some profound changes in your life you have come to the right place! After taking my first Kundalini class with Maura my perspective began to change. The joy and peace that I gained from her uplifting and energizing classes have been invaluable to me. I have truly never experienced anything like it! I then began receiving Harmonyum sessions from Maura and all I can say is "Wow!". I have experienced some fantastic healing in my spine and with muscle injuries that have plagued me for years. The emotional and physical improvements have been beyond my expectations. In all frankness, it is hard not to feel elevated after anytime spent under Maura's care. She is a radiant woman who has a positive impact on all around her. I've since done a number of dowsing sessions with Maura brining me much needed clarity and reassurance and then recently had a Feng Shui consult with her at my home. I've started implementing her simple and straightforward suggestions and I'm absolutely thrilled with the results! Maura is such a special human and healer. I have done multiple things with her. She has done something called Harmonium for a year
now and always walk away feeling relaxed. I’ve taken her Kundalini yoga classes and they’re soooo awesome. She will come and do them on location as well. Along with personal healings, I have had her come to my business to do space clearing and feel like we have had really positive shifts since then. 100% recommend her!! Love love love.

Maura has a magic healing touch. She first taught me to kundalini yoga which changed my life. She has been my go-to healer for over fifteen years now. I have gone to her for my son’s complex neurological issues and anxiety, and she has helped him sleep better and heal faster after each surgery and complications. I have been taking Maura's Kundalini classes, in condition with her Harmonyum healing sessions, and I have felt profound results in my emotional healing. She works on an energetic level; the Harmonym reminds me of a Reiki session, but it is vastly different in that it is working on releasing stored trauma. I took Maura's 8am Naam + Kundalini Yoga class at Sojourn Healing Collective and it was AMAZING! She has the best bubbly, positive energy and spoke about astrology, guided us through mantras and chanting, rejuvenating yoga poses and exercises and 2 beautiful meditations.
