I cannot say enough about this company and the staff. I was referred to First Choice by my sister who has been using them for 10 years. When I called to report that my AC was not working, to my surprise, they came within a few hours to assess the situation. I was told by another AC company thru my home warranty that I called, that it would be 5 days before they could get to me to even look at my AC. Being that the temperatures outside were above 109 degrees, waiting was not an option. My issue was taken care of today by two excellent, professional, knowledgeable, and very kind technicians. They worked so hard in the heat to make sure everything was installed to perfection. The office staff is also first rate, working so hard to acquire the parts needed to get me running again. Everyone I spoke to on the phone in the office was so accommodating, kind and above and beyond helpful. First Choice has a customer for life with me! A million thanks to all of the staff at First Choice!
