This neighborhood WalMart store is always clean and neat with lots of good help. Almost always has everything I need and I've been shopping there long enough that I always know just where my items are located. Good quality foods and helpers/workers. It is always good to see so many young people working in the store. And they are always cheerful and pleasant to talk to during checkout. The workers are very helpful when I need to find something. I highly recommend this store ... happy to have it in our neighborhood.

Extremely childish and unprofessional. Me and my family live nearby and shop here very often. Almost every time we visit the employees are extremely rude and profile only certain people every time. Obviously they have to watch out for possible thief’s but they only watch specific people. It is incredibly rude and disgusting. They really need to be retrained or something cause honestly it’s ridiculous. I’ve also spoken to many other people and they have told me they’ve have had similar experiences. Also the managers seem to not take any accountability for their employees because after speaking to any of them they have defended their employees 100% and have not apologized or even tried to understand the customer. Also, most of the employees were laughing and standing around joking instead of doing their job while profiling one of my family members. I made eye contact with all three of them and they all literally smiled and were laughing. Ridiculous.

The store's only advantage is its convenient location to the nearby neighborhood. However, the new staff is lacking basic communication skills. It's frustrating not receiving a simple "you're welcome" after saying "thank you, have a nice day." Additionally, there's insufficient assistance when searching for products, like a barbecue lighter. I ended up helping out an elderly patron, doing what the staff should have done.

Terrible customer service. An employee named Jazzmin in the self check out was profiling me and approched me aggressively. She had such a rude demeanor and judged me as if I was stealing. I felt so embarrased and was treated like I wasn't a paying customer. It also didn't make it any better that 4 other employees were all gathered together and laughing with her.
This experience was very disheartening and for my daughter to witness this treatment was very upsetting. Please treat people better!

Went in to get rum for mojitos. Pressed button to ask for help and no one responded. Walked around and asked the cashier to radio someone. She said they would and no one came around. More time passed before I decided to just leave. In total about 15 minutes passed by. Good store until you need help from employees.

I've found 90% of the items in my grocery list.

One of the younger workers is rude but everyone else is nice. The store's cleanliness and other employees' respect make up for it.

On another note, I have been looking for Simply Orange Juice 89oz but there hasn't been any for the past week. and when I did find one it had been 3 days expired. I am glad I caught it while still inside the store.

I shop @ Walmart Neighborhood Grocery Store all the time. I find The neighborhood Walmart fast and convenient with good prices.

My first visit to this store. Such a great experience. Friendly staff, Zachary and Gaby were soooo helpful with my purchases. I look forward to returning.
