VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
This company doesn't deserve a single star and the reviews prove that. They don't send out bills. They don't send out maintenance to check your meters. The guy at the front desk is a real piece of work. Offers no assistance or knowledge on power saving programs like weatherstripping or none of that. I tried getting someone out to check my central heating that ran me all the way up to $600 a bill! But he just told me to quit using so much power and proceeded on telling me it was my fault for my power usage by checking the stats. Didn't bother to notice a difference between my bill in the winter vs the summer. When all I was running was 1 heater. Very disappointing
