I agreed and Spencer showed up right on time to test the water at the new place and I was impressed with just how bad the water here was.
I have worked in water sciences before so I know what qualifies as good water and apparently Madison County Water needs to learn how to properly treat their water.

Spencer was very nice, no pressure, and you could tell he is passionate about this job.

Clayton who installed the unit was extremely polite, arrived on time, and very knowledgeable of the product he was installing. He also spent the right amount of time to ensure the job was done neatly and managed all of my expectations.

So far this has been one of the best experiences for a service related industry I have ever had.

The Installation guy was also very knowledgeable and courteous.
