I bought four ELFBARS (disposable vape) but when I got home, the second one I opened stopped working after one hit. I opened another box, same result. I went back to the store and opened the fourth box (in front of them) which seemed to be working. Sadly, I only took one hit while I was in the store and thought it was working. As soon as I got home, it stopped working as well.

They allowed me to swap out the two defective products (it was actually three of them but I thought it was only two) for two new ones. The store manager let me know that I should be VERY grateful for them replacing their defective products.

I realize that these are manufacturing defects, so it theoretically is not the fault of "Kickn My Habit" but they do refuse to give refunds if you walk out of the store with a defective product. I also understand the reasoning behind this policy but I don't know if charging the customer with rigorous quality control testing before a purchase is a good business model.

Long story short, I purchased four ELFBARS of which one worked. I went back to the store and swapped two of them, so ultimately I spent $60 for ONE working ELFBAR (out of SIX).

I will not continue to purchase from this store due to their return policy. Buy at your own risk...

I consider this a lesson learned and will not return due to their store policy. They seem to be good people but I can't afford purchasing products that are like playing the lottery. Spending $13 each for an ELFBAR should not be like a box of chocolates...I should know exactly what I'm going to get 🙁

They have great prices nd can help u find what ur looking for even if ur not fully sure on what u want lol.

Place smells REALLY good, and the girl running the counter had incredible customer service and was really helpful and nice to talk to. So glad I found a vape store close to home, we just moved to the area. And there's a point system for eventual discounts.
