In a world of corporations that put profit, and quantity, above quality. A world filled with providers that give you what they think is what you want, and leave you with no alternative. Race comes in with a bulldozer, and demolishes the competition. They aren’t perfect. But I can say after being a customer for over 8 months. The service, and product they provide is light years ahead of any other offered internet service on the planet! Those fortunate enough to have access to this company’s internet service in their area should not hesitate to drop the cable company, and or phone company, and go with the new kid in town. They offer blinding fast, reliable, stable internet at a better price, than any other competitor can even think of offering. 10 gigs of speed is real! It’s unbelievable how fast it is. Just be prepared to update your home networking hardware to match with the speed. Most routers that we have in our homes are only going to handle 1-4 gigs of speed. Upgrade to a mesh system that can handle the speed, and you will be mind blown!

I only ask that they PLEASE improve upon their billing system, and offer autopay.

Thank you Race! You have proven to be about the hype! I can’t tell you how satisfying it is to be out of the cable company web of BS!

Race Communications is an excellent internet company providing services to rural areas.
When Race became available in my area, I quickly signed on with them and it has been great. Very fast download and upload speeds (fiber) with very little to no interruptions. Pricing is incredibly fair and they have great customer service.
Race also has excellent communication skills as they keep their customers in the loop with maintenance alerts via email. These emails often include planned dates and times that service is to be performed and whether or not fiber service will be impacted. Bottom line, they offer stable, fast, and reliable internet at a fair price.

As the first 10 Gb residential customer in my town, I could not be more grateful about the excellent service we have received from Race Communications for almost two years now. Our internet service is outstanding and the technical support is amazing.

Your internet service provider is only as good as their ability to provide connectivity. In my case, a recent storm took out power between the telephone pole and my house. Face seems this as low priority. As a result, I will not have service for six days. Our area is not served by cellular companies

Their service teams are more than 70 miles from my home. Because of the distance, it’s expensive for them to dispatch a truck to make a repair.

Today, internet service is similar to electrical service. It is our only link to the outside world. The fact that they are so non-chalant about addressing an outage taints my view of their product and company.

The price is too high and they require you to get business insurance for a building that doesn't even have a business. The residential packages are not as cheap as they advertise and my customers have all experienced connectivity issues since switching to race communications. This company just came to the Yuba-Sutter area and is already experiencing extreme difficulties with connection reliability on residential homes.

We switched to Race as soon as ot came to our neighborhood, this year. LOVE IT! We previously had Spectrum. We frequently had issues with Spectrum and their cost was increasing every 3 months. We recommend switching if you you have access.
