They cheat people, I took my brother to turn in his plastic and cans he had 8 of the 40 gallon garbage bags 4 bags of cans and 4 bags of plastic bottles he got close to $80 three weeks later I take him with the same amount and he gets only $46. I took my nephew this morning and he had to go outside and take the tops off of the bottles he had ,2 40 gallon bags of plastic bottles and one bag of cans he only got $8 I know they took weight off the total for the caps even though he took them off before turning it in so from now on I'm going to do what I used to back in the day I will weigh the bags on my big scale and see what they come up with and I'm going to have them keep the receipts they give them so we can compare because my nephew had the same amount of recycling last month and got $20 .

I was there with my friend who is deaf. I heard the security guard yelling at someone to stop taking the caps of some plastic water bottles when I turned around the gaird was behind my friend and then yelled I'm not going to tell you again. I told the gaurd you can tell him all you want but since he is deaf he will never hear you or know that your behind him. the security guard then said the you need to tell him him because I will not say it again. first issue lis this gaird needs some education about the ada. it is not my responsibility to communicate for the security guard. once the gaurd was aware he is deaf it becomes the responsibility of the business to accommodate the disabled person. another words it's his responsibility to communicate with my friend . since he is deaf he can use paper and pen to write what ever he wants to say unless the gaurd doesn't know how to read and write the the business would need an interpreter. if the gaurd had apologized for yelling at a deaf person and asked me to interrupt I would have done so. I spoke to the manager by phone later and there is no policy about not removing the bottle caps or separateing bottle while waiting in line. my new mission in life will be for this company to have a policy on his there employees will accommodate people with disabilities .
