Belmont HVAC Pro is truly an exceptional company. From Leo in the office to the trio of technicians, including Everett, and even the owner, I had the pleasure of collaborating with them all. I have a stress-free contract with another service, but they missed the mark on their diagnosis and suggested a fix that wasn't covered under the warranty. After reaching out to several furnace repair services, Belmont HVAC Pro stood out as the most professional, courteous, and reasonably priced. I'm thrilled I chose them. They initially replaced the panel at my request, despite their doubts it was the cause of the problem. When this didn't resolve the issue, Leo called me back to say that the owner wished to come out and identify the problem himself. The very next day, he arrived with Everett and they pinpointed the issue to faulty wiring, which they repaired at no extra cost! Now, that's a company that truly goes above and beyond. Any other service could have stopped at replacing the panel, only to return later and bill for fixing the wiring. But that's not how Belmont HVAC Pro operates and I'm deeply appreciative for this. We were first introduced to their service by Everett, the technician who had previously done a fantastic job repairing my parents' HVAC system. Everett reviewed our system, and provided us with an estimate. I followed up with him after some time, and he promptly scheduled the installation. After the work was done, he took the time to show us how to operate the new thermostat and gave us all the necessary details for the warranty. Everett was professional, personable, and punctual. A few years back, the team at this AC repair service was able to fix my heating system for just under $100. They didn't attempt to sell me more than I needed, but rather, they assisted me in making the most of what I had. Recently, they were back at my place in Belmont and discovered that the blower in my furnace wasn't functioning correctly. The belt wasn't the right size (installed by the previous owner) and the blower's bearings were beginning to fail. I questioned Leo about whether it'd be more beneficial to replace the entire unit, repair it, or explore other options. He recommended fixing it. He managed to get it up and running again by replacing the belt. In a few months, I'll need them to remove the blower and install new bearings, but for now, they've got my heating system working again. The bottom line is that I trust the advice they give me.
