I would leave no stars. These people will not pay my $300 since a month ago. I keep calling about my payment and they just keep hanging up in my face. I would highly recommend that no one uses this company. I hope I don't have to go to court over my $300 that I already earned.

We recently purchased a new mattress that was delivered early and needed to dispose of our old mattress quickly. I was able to book a pick up the next day with Trash Warrior which was super convenient for our needs. The online booking process was easy to complete, the confirmation came through quickly and they were on time the next day. It was so refreshing dealing with a business that makes things easy for you and can fit into your schedule.

I needed an old bed frame and mattress removed from my apartment. Trash warrior was extremely responsive. I had an appointment only a day later at the time I wanted. Joe was my warrior and he was great. Super friendly and very quick. He came to my house and figured out his game plan and then took care of it all very fast and efficiently! I was very impressed. I will definitely be using this service again. It was a very fair price and totally worth it!

I was disappointed with the experience with that company.
They found a local mover i Illinois for me.
The guy call to tell me he is running late and we agreed upon a different hour. He then did not pick up his phone and came with another hour late. I asked my building manager if we can continue with the moving that late 9pm and get permission. Than my brother did half of the work for the mover who came alone for 2 pieces Lshape couch. He was unprepared to disassemble and move it alone. I received 5% back from the fees I paid. Did not cover my inconvenience and labor.

Needed to remove a bulky futon. I live by myself in San Diego, CA on the 3rd floor with no elevators. I cannot remove it from my home on my own and don't have a vehicle to haul it away. Convenience is key for me. With Trash Warrior, I was able to easily schedule an appointment online which led to email exchanges with the pick-up vendor. On the day of, communication from the driver was great: he called saying he may be slightly late due to a longer than usual line at the landfill and asked if the new time was ok (which was only about 30 minutes later). He called again when he was directly on his way to me, arrived when he said he would, was in and out in my place in no time and now I have extra space in my place without moving a muscle. Perfect.

I found trash warriors on a search and decide to take a chance. I was very happy and honestly very surprised by their service. I could get an appointment at a convenient time immediately. The quoting process was simple where they wanted a photo to ensure they know what the stuff was going to be and the person came on time and took care of stuff in a neat way. Had a living room set of couches (1 3 seater, 1 love seat, 1 armchair) and a desk removed from my apartment. Had to reschedule the day before on a Sunday for the Monday appointment to a later time on that day and they were responsive and easily amended the timing (they were also responsive when I had to add the desk to the booking as well). The couches had to have the legs unscrewed to fit through the door, and the guys who came to remove the furniture did so without fuss and efficiently got the job done. Overall this was convenient and easy to book, and quick responses if you contact them through their support email.

I've lived in the Mission for ~3.5 years. Throughout my time here, we've had people move in and out and removing their larger furniture items has always been an issue and difficult to setup with service providers. As i'm moving out, Trash Warrior has provided an excellent and easy to use service.

After using them twice, the providers both showed up on time, were quick and efficient, and were very friendly. Would highly recommend Trash Warrior!
