Definitely worse than I was expecting. What you see in the pictures is what you get. Limited parking, but you won’t spend more than 30 minutes here. It’s a cool looking pillared structure and a pool, but right now there’s no water. Portable toilets, no building for bathrooms.

Totally underwhelming, would skip unless you’re bored on a weekday.

The area is nice and secluded.

Open ONLY during weekdays

Right next to Filoli's Estate that sits on acres of land with so much beautiful scenery for photos.

We had our baby reveal photoshoot done at both locations and it was really clean,
quiet and nice.

There's parking available steps away from the area with 30 minute limit parkings, and porta potty for restrooms.

It's a really beautiful place for photos.

Peaceful stop, ample grassy area to set up a picnic and reflect and contemplate. Signs provide history of the monument and the Hetch Hetchy aqueduct. Perfect place for pictures. Small/medium parking lot. If you want to venture on a hike, there is a trail outside the gate heading north towards Highway 92 which will give you views of the reservoir along the way.

Cute place for taking pictures and walk around.
Is not big, so in 15 mins max you’ve seen everything. It’s what you see in the pictures!

*Downside: the grass is full of animal poop, so much that there is no way you can avoid them if you want to walk on the grass. You can walk through the pavement road, but you wont get the better views. Just clean your shoes afterwards!

They don’t open the parking in the weekends, so you might need to walk through the main road for a bit.
Free entry.

We had a wonderful three months in San Francisco, and this was one of the places we visited and really enjoyed. You can propose here and take photos.

It's fine. It's a structure with some water and a parking lot. The structure has a hole in the middle that is covered with a large grate. Smells a bit like chlorine even though there are many signs preaching giving water to the people. No tickets required, park and walk.
