The facility is nice but the manager Sarina was really unaccommodating and quite rude, and I decided to leave for this sole reason. Another co-worker of mine had some troubles with her too and decided to leave. The previous manager pre-Covid was A LOT better.

Everyone else was super nice. I suggest the team look for someone else with basic people skills and not power-tripping to manage the space. Please keep in mind we are still paying customers. It's a shame that an otherwise beautiful facility is ruined by one single person that manages it.

I have a start up and have been renting space here since Feb. Great place, great people, great service with a start-up focus. The offices have a great view of the bay, and the benefits/perks are real and worth it. IE Zoom Conference and AWS have helped us get started. There are several mentors that you can network with and it's good to collaborate or get advice from a few of the other founders. Highly recommend!

- Edit 5 months later. We were accepted into another incubator and we have bounced around between several office spaces in the area. In my opinion, being in an office space that is as nice as OneValley, and with their focus on StartUps, their is not a better space. What I've found is that many office spaces are rundown old buildings with big names, uncomfortable desks with high prices, or is hosted by an incubator that is not a tech focus. OneValley has a good combination that will make your team feel good about where they work, with all the parking space you could want, and the staff that you will love.

What a privilege to work at GSVLabs managed space. While the building could use a light makeover inside, the staff are really wonderful, and the amenities are cool-- great speaker series and events, drinks, coffee, snacks, in the kitchen.

Very impressive team here, hope to visit again. Make it out in the fall to the GSV Pioneer Summit. A great event with over 100 entrepreneurs, VCs and Speakers of all kinds. Fantastic experience, I won't miss it next year.

Large meeting rooms good for events. Very nice work areas. Lots of startups have offices here. The services are modern and extensive. The Wi-Fi is not adequate and the location is in an older style business park.
