I don’t like a store that doesn’t have signs for their aisles. Their signs are backwards and I’m not the only one that thinks so cause every time I’ve been there it takes me hours just to find one stupid thing and I have to end up asking, but they’re always talking to each other long conversations with customers and just standing and I was talking and talking and talking and talking and all I wanna do is find my whatever in their produce department they don’t have what they have. They have the weirdest selections and it’s so small their candy aisle is 10 wide I mean it’s like so long and then they don’t have like a variety of fruits. Weird yeah honestly don’t like it, but I have to go there and then when I have to go and check myself out which I prefer people always gawking at you there was the man who was supposed to be helping and he’s sitting there having a long conversation about what I don’t even know the weather with some woman and knew that my machine wasn’t working And she wouldn’t shut up because of course they’re this long conversation a conversation not just to chat like yeah anyway not not happy about it. I went down. Let’s see they have to so weird. They have like tiny tiny. I’m gonna say 8 foot long aisles for their personal care and like medication or whatever and I looked for some sort of soap for almost 20 minutes and this guy walked by me twice and he didn’t say hey what are you looking for? Can I help you find something nothing anyway to buy three things in that store it took me an hour. The signs are backwards. Why I do not know was the person who hung them high, possibly or maybe here she were in a conversationand couldn’t focus.

My mother had come to pick up balloons and cupcakes for my sister's baby shower we have been putting together. Unfortunately when my mom was in the store trying to pick up the order she got a call from my eldest sister that her house was on fire. Their employees met my family with absolutely zero remorse not giving a single damn about the safety of my family. Even after telling them MULTIPLE TIMES she had to leave because of A RAGING fire their employees, when contacted on the phone if we can still pick up the order tomorrow, AGAIN met us with pathetic and rude answers with attitude. I understand you have no part in it and honestly don't even need to fake an "I'm sorry" but to be quite frankly as rude as you can possibly be to a grandmother that had to leave your store in an emergency. Telling us we're rude BECAUSE YOU have absolutely zero empathy in your stores is vile and disgusting. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Low prices, great bargains. Deli lady was adorable, had some issues with no attendant at self check-out but I just went to the next checkout....nice and clean in here, Deli chicken breast was delicious!

I shop for certain items only using self checkout. On my way out my shopping cart was locked at the exit door. I didn’t know what was going on until a customer told me my cart was locked. They unlocked but i was furious demanding for the reasons. They couldn’t give me a good answers. I usually shopped at Ralphs in Dana Point. Is it because Im not dressed up to impress or my skin color?

This Albertsons has a great selection. Everything looks really fresh but the customer service is awful. No one says hello, nothing. No one bagged our groceries, we had to do it ourselves and the bathrooms were filthy. This store has really gone down hill. Sad. #LOCALGUIDES

Reasonable pricing and Good discount, get “for u” app downloaded to get digital only discounts , just clip it and use it at the time of the billing. I would have rated 4, but disappointed with 2 things - we bought hot chicken wings which was too salty, guess they added salt twice, second the pizza we took had an use by date june 08, realized after keeping it in oven. They should have discarded expired items.
