Robert, the manager is great to work with. He's been there both times my mom and I have come in. The first time, she rented a rollator / wheelchair combo for a trip. The weekly rental price was so reasonable. Mom's 87 and could move so much faster with the rollator! We decided to buy one for more adventures so we went back. We have not used the wheelchair functionality, yet, but it's nice to have just in case.

My dad had an unexpected heart surgery last week and we knew with his home coming he would need something comfortable to recover on. Adrian Ioja was SO helpful and knowledgeable in finding the right type of chair for my dad. He really took his time to ask me the right questions and gave me so much information about what was best for him. Not only was the chair affordable but Adrian had delivered the very next day after I ordered it.

My das is now home from the hospital and absolutely loves this chair. It is where he has spent most of his time, and really has made his recovery much more comfortable.

I had called another Medical supply store prior to calling DMES and they tried to sell me on a chair that only had 3 positions for the same price that we got an infinite position chair at DMES.

I will be going her for all of my families medical supply needs from now on. It really shows that DMES really cares about their customers.
