A very nice grocery store that ticks all the boxes (except one, maybe two).

In the fresh section, there is a great range of produce. This includes organic vegetables and various cut flowers and potted plants. I wanted prepared beets, but couldn't find them, which surprised me.

Fish counter was very well labeled and all looked fresh. I was able to find free range fresh chicken in the meat area, which was a pleasant surprise, but no pasture raised. I didn't look at the rest of the meat area, so I can't comment on that.

A healthy supply of household goods including kitchen electronics, utensils and tableware.

The prices and range in the middle aisles is very good and it was at that point that I guessed that Ralph's must be part of Kroger - the same labels, offers and 'Simple Truth' branded foods.

There is wine, beer and liquor within the store, but I didn't go to that section, so I can't comment. It is a large section though, so I imagine you will find what you need.

Send checkout was the same as Kroger too. It mostly works well and it is a pleasant experience if you want to pack your own groceries.

I went for a curbside grocery pick up. I received fantastic savings on the (for Christmas) prime rib and ham I bought! Also there was a buy one get one free deal on the bread I purchased that I was unaware of and the wonderful grocery clerk Jayna was thoughtful enough to get the extra loaf of bread for me! Kindness like that is a rarity these days and I hope she knows how much it's appreciated. All in all it was a great shopping experience and I saved big on my purchase! I can't say enough on what a great store this Ralph's is. It's always clean and organized and 99.9% of the time they have what I need. I've been shopping here for 20 years now and I love it! I highly recommend this Ralph's store!

Was in line at the registers. Grabbed something extra that we needed a coupon for. Asked the cashier, Mike, if we needed to scan a coupon and he flat out ignored us. So had to wait again in line because Nora Lee wouldn't help us at the customer service counter. Left extremely fed up for no reason. Why couldn't Mike just answer me in the first place. Very poor customer service. The Ralph's on Warner has much better customer service. Those employees actually want to help and make your shopping experience better. Hopefully the managers are this store teach their employees how to treat the customers .

I LOVE my neighborhood Ralphs! They have the friendliest staff and lowest prices among local grocery chains. Keep an eye out for clearance items for some real bargains!

When I went to Ralph’s today the price mark of orange juice on the app said $2.99 deal but in store tricked me because it’s $4.99 Minute Maid Orange Juice but at least some employees helped it out at the check out to get it fixed and that’s what I’m happy about.
