HORRIBLEEE!! waited an hour just for them to take my cans, they were on lunch break or something, left the place unattended, came back from lunch & still took forever to attend the LONG line of customers they had waiting. Just to even get your cash from the window takes forever! Worst place ever! Do not recommend! Trash ass customer service 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 WORST OF THE WORSTTT! Wish I could leave NO stars

I was just there first time customer, i didnt know wherrnto go.so i asked , the guy in weights went inside to ask about my material so i just step inside the building just a little. There is not sigh at all of being a restricted area. So he got mad . And told me to get out. So i did , when i was in the line to collect i talk to the guy in front , and then the lady paying she started talking about the problem and she totaly escalade things. All i was traying to said was there is not sign at all of restricted areas . And she just went crazy. I even told her i was going to complaint but she was all umprofecional its a shame having her at fron with customer service. I will not go there at all and i will not recomend your services untill changes are made.. if corporate would like to talk to me is fine contact me and we can talk about this problem. She needs to be moved....

Do not waste your time here!! Stay away from this place. I had a very bad experience here. The lady at the cashier’s office is extremely rude and also the staff , it was my second time and will be the last time , i never see a rude people like this

My first time going i did a lot of things wrong but the guy never frowned once he kindly told me the correction every time he said anything. I even got frustrated before he did at my mistakes but he stayed kind and helped till the end.

They lied from beginning to end no cust satisfaction, once it was time to pay never disclose any amount or price
They gave two price on motor and compressor yet weigh together?

I asked before how much they said 220 but got 1 dollar instead

Never go to these crooks they don't care about paying the correct price, they will laugh at your face when you tell them it's wrong
I don't think the scales are working right as well bad place to go to

Great guys upfront. Knowledgeable, fast, and great conversationalist. I give the guy with the blue hair ten stars. As for the lady in the office. She's rude and snobby. Gets attitude if you park a little crooked because theres no parking as it is cause the place is full. Then she gets snotty at the window. I give her no stars. She needs to work on her customer service attitude. Other than that great place

The prices are almost unbeatable but only recycle cans and Plastics otherwise YOU WILL GET SCREWED if you sell them anything else trust me you're better off going to there Rival S.A metals in fontana for your brass and etc to sell
