Always leaves the trash can down and a mess around the trash can, he doesn't even bother. I have called multiple time to complain yet nothing being done our whole street look horrible. Everyone know they have to have their broom ready to pick up after.

Absolutely awful!! My neighborhood never knows what time they'll show up for weekly trash collection... IF they even show up. Makes a big difference when our area has high winds. I'd be happy with a 4 hour window like the cable companies.

They suck bad I’m a paying customer and they always miss picking up my green trash can it’s either because there lazy or they just don’t do there job like there supposed too and I called several times and it seems like the people picking up the phone do do nothing about it so who’s in charge of the people picking up our trash ?

Honestly poor customer service !!! They don't disclose all the information and the lady that answers the phone is terrible !!! I've been dealing with them for over three weeks now. I'm in the process of cleaning out my mothers estate. One of the weeks they were supposed to pick up the old dumpster and drop off a new one on Friday. Saturday when I got up there it hadnt been done and of course I can't call them because they are not open on the weekends..Also they never disclosed that there was only a three-week turn around on dropping off and picking up dumpsters for the initial price .. Thanks for wasting my time !!!

For a company who's logo is "We'll Take Care Of It" certainly doesn't live up to it!!!

There is a lot of stuff they will not take but they'll sure take your money!!! Now, I see why more and more people are just discarding their trash in wash!

This company is a JOKE. Their customer service never has any clue as to when things will be done, they have no communication with in their office or with their drivers, and their drivers are lazy. I'd rather have CAL Disposal back if they were still around.
