Trash didn’t get picked up on 4/25 which is a regular trash pick up day. Got a note on the trash from the driver about distance from the curb. I called 4/25 to express my concern and the rep assured me that they will be here today 4/26 between 6am and 6p.m.
The picture shows the proof. If there collects jobs is to provide service, it didn’t happen. Now I’m starting to think that people hired for burrtec don’t service black folks in a predominantly Hispanic neighborhood. SMH 🤦🏿‍♂️. Where will we put the trash? Thanks for the disservice burrtec. Every house but out this week.

Came home from work and our trash was spilt all over our front yard. The blue bin was thrown on its side and our black bin was thrown by the neighbors house. After working 10 hours in the heat, my husband had to clean up our property and the neighbors. Of course, because we work a normal job during the week, we got home and can't call anyone to find out why this occurred.
Idk if this was retaliation because they did not like someone parked by our cans or because supposedly thier payment is late even though we checked the status and
received a bill with a $0 balance due.
Either way this is unprofessional and ridiculous.

Even though they've changed our pick up dates, we're still getting late, late service; if you can call it that. Many times the bins don't get picked up until 3 or 5 in the afternoon. And if you call, you get a sarcastic answer of "Better late than never."

This company is exactly as they do “Garbage” they always come late or not at all. Charge for the green trash can which nobody else does and also its now 7pm my trash still full and not picked up on a Friday i guess they were off yesterday for labor day so you would think they would come early today but no! Oh plus i forgot they like to leave trash behind a lot too!

It's unfortunate to have Burtec as the only waste management company in my area. I complained a total 5x regarding how unprofessional their drivers are and the countless times I had to pick up trash that fell from collecting my trash.

What s nightmare this company is. The actual collection guys are great, the office staff is another story all together. It doesn't matter what the problem is, your 100% wrong and they are 100% right. Among the many problems I have had with Burrtec since they took over trash collection in San Bernardino, the worst is proving to the office that I had the payments on autopay with Chase Bank. I sent them statements proving that the billing was paid and paid on time every single month without fail. They don't care, they didn't even bother opening my email, just sent my account to collections and threatened to put a lien on the properties that I had already sold. Then after months of calling and dealing with them, they finally tell me they are going to "take care of it". They can't admit they were wrong about anything, they are going to "take care of it" as if they are going to wave the charges or something, not finally going to clean up their piss poor accounting because I proved my payment history. I have had more trouble dealing with Burrtec on my 2 apartment buildings than all the other utility companies combined, times ten! They ALL NEED RETRAINING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. Sometimes the customer is RIGHT! AND SOMETIMES BURRTEC IS WRONG!!!!!!! Get over yourselves and pay attention to the customer and their proof. Good luck people. I'm outta here! Thank God!

I paid for a 40 cubic container and on the day if delivery thay call me only offer me 30 cubic unit. They take your money and dont know their own inventory so then your suppose to take whats left over and not what was promised. IT's the Old Bait and Switch concept.

Some of the drivers are very nice, but others are just plain rude (they make a mess and live trash cans toppled over). Call to complain, no response from supervisor. Not sure if they are under the supervision of the city any longer but will take the issue to city board.
