This place sends snail mail a little 5x3 card as a bill that I never received. I just got a letter saying the account is of course delinquent and I have to go in to pay with cash. There is no option to pay online. This is unacceptable and an archaic way of doing business!

It is imperative that this sanitary district accept the bi-monthly payments it bills with an online payment option. Join the 21st century and stop living solely in the past!

What does this business do except collect money and the business is still operated from the 1980’s. This business is a government scam.
