We gave a great review and now updating it.
We have noticed several areas of concern where the spray foam is pulling away from wall. We have tried multiple phone calls and texts. You keep saying you will come out and give us a day and no one ever shows up. We paid for a job that needs to be fixed in a few areas. It wouldn’t be that difficult for you. It’s a matter of customer service, but in your eyes you got paid and you don’t see the need to come back and fix it. I have multiple pics. We picked you over 3 other companies. You charged us a clean up fee and there is over spray on my building and windows. Integrity is coming back out when you said you would and honoring the job you did for us. Just disappointed.

I had originally given them a five star just because, but after two months, all the insulation started shrinking away from what they sprayed it on, and now I have huge gaps and trying to get them to come out and fix it has proven to be harder than they said it would be very disappointed in the follow up service they keep telling me they’re going to be there to fix it. I take time off of work and they never show up. Been two months now and several excuses employees quit I’m in the hospital… You know the routine

Very good experience, they were on time each day. Drew and Chance were professional, well mannered and pleasant to have working in my attic. I’m satisfied with the spray foam insulation that they installed.

Owner Renee Zamaripa gave me the best price on spray foaming my house in Pace out of 6 quotes and no fluffy sales pitch. Michael Smith operations manager, that did the work and his wife were a great team. Owner Renee is blessed to have them. Its a grueling job in the 100 degree August heat. They did a great job. got it all sprayed. filled all the cavities and the detached garage. When I pointed to a few spots. He sprayed them again. Worked all weekend to get it done. Big house and garage. Ran out of liquid and had to get 2 more drums just to finish a little corner. Came back on Sunday and finished. Put plastic over furniture, windows and cabinets. Scraped excess up Vacumed all the debris up. I am already planning on using him on the next project.
