The photos don’t match the address. The address is Hinkley Ca. The solar plant at that location uses curved mirrors.

Go ahead, drive around this place, take selfies, gaze at it longingly while your mind goes drifting into another dimension. Don't get stuck in the sand, don't go in the middle of summer, and bring water.

On 03/21/2016 I found the Google Maps marker location to be a duplicate and it was displaced a bit to the northwest so it fell in the center of the two solar trough fields listed as Solar Energy Generating Systems SEGS VIII (#8) and SEGS IX (#9). I believe this field is owned by NextEra Energy Resources. I believe this marker should be removed, or moved, southeast to the location of the marker labeled "Abengoa Mojave Solar Project."

The correct location should be at "35.012213°, -117.320457°"
