What a nice experience! Blalock installed LG/Enphase system on the roof of my home and the solar system operates very well. The whole process was extremely smooth and the team is exceptional. Everything was well planned and professional. Their scheduling for installation, city inspection and application for permission from SDGE to operate our solar system are well coordinated. Sara (our contact) at Blalock is very friendly, helpful and responsive, she even communicated with us and worked on our paperwork during weekend. The installation team are fantastic and did high quality work. I strongly recommend Blalock to my friends and neighbors.

Amazing company from initial conversation in sales to two years later with customer service . Our solar has been running perfectly and efficiently and exactly as expected. We updated our internet and we could not get our internet to connect to monitor our solar and they came out same day to connect and make sure everything is working properly - same day !!! Great experience and service from Blalock Electric & Solar! They took care of everything - planning, getting permits from the city, installing, passing the inspection and activating our solar system. We wanted some custom work and conduit run on our system, they were flexible and accommodated our request. I highly recommend this company. I prefer family business and not giant corporation because I am treated as family. This is exactly how they have treated us and continue to do so. When we were building a house we opt for off the grid system and they delivered. Though there were some issues they were resolved very fast. We never had this system before and it was a learning curve for us. We would constantly message, asking question, but we never felt like a burden to do so and all of our were answered and not only that we were met with compassion and empathy. They also took the time to teach us how it works and any further question we can always ask. They take pride in their work and strive being amazing.

We started our quest for home solar systems in the middle of December 2023, working with Electrum, which quickly provided me three (3) competitive proposals for the project at our Tustin home. We ultimately selected Blalock Electric & Solar.

Blalock quickly sent a representative to confirm the selected location on the roof, the number of panels, etc.

Electrum, then Blalock, began the work, with two installers taking less than one full day to complete the installation.

Communication with Blalock throughout the process was AMAZING. I always got very quick replies to any emails that I sent. It took 2 inspections by the City of Tustin building inspectors, a week apart, and both went well, though an adjustment in the location of an electrical box had to be made.

It was a total of 4 months from the time we reviewed the proposals and the system was operational. We highly recommend both Electrum and Blalock Electric & Solar.
