Mark Lewis and the Helios was amazing to work with from start to finish. Not only did they effectively install the battery packs, they installed our solar panels and upgraded our electric panel. The project has been completed for about 8 months and they still touch base with me to see how everything is going. In fact, Mark is coming by next to week to visit and help me get more familiar with the app. Highly recommend Mark and his team.

I'd love to give then. ZERO stars!! Helio screwed us big time. They started off bad in 2015 saying the instal would be completed by Jan. 2016. It was completed until May 2016. We had to threaton them with breach of contract to get them to even start! They left walls damaged where they moved electrical panels. When we found a panel was not working they claimed it was not covered under the agreement. It should have been. From the beginning we have had minor leaks in the roof around/under panels. Yup roof damage. Will they help, even though tbe agreement covers roof damage? NO! DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPQNY!!

Stoked on my Tesla Powerwalls paid for by California! I saw an ad on Facebook talking about rebates for homeowners in a High Fire Zones and at first it seemed a little too good to be true. After talking with Steven and learning more about the programs available everything seems legit and I took the plunge and signed. A few months later my state grant was approved and a month or two after that the Powerwalls were installed in my garage! The process might’ve taken 4 years to complete ( back ordered batteries) but once they were in everything went smoothly, just recently we had an outage while I was home, the batteries kicked in immediately, I recommend these batteries and Helios to install them
