What an awesome experience it was working with the Diamond Solar Solutions Team. I spent months researching different types of systems and when I started reaching out to companies I’ve lost track of how many I hung up on or blocked.

From the first call with Rob the sales representative everything just seemed to click. The professionalism and knowledge they have surpasses the rest. After working up a system that fit my needs (Off Grid completely) The Team at Diamond went to work. They handled everything from permits to install. The owner of the company actually shows up to walk off the project and give his final blessing. Then the rest of the team goes to work. The whole process took about 3 weeks mostly due to permit process. They broke ground on a Monday and by Wednesday afternoon I was plugged into my own power source.

After job was completed the wife and I feel the money spent was well spent on the equipment (FranklinWH) Batteries and Enphase components.

Diamond Solar delivered on everything we set up and it was handled professionally and in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend anyone considering Solar as a back up or main source of power to talk with someone at Diamond Solar you won’t regret the call.

Originally started the process with Tesla but the process was slow and distant. I read the great reviews from Diamond Solar and was glad I made the call. After the initial visit and measurements the actual install only took 2 days. A few days later the whole system was up and going. All the staff were great to talk to and very professional. I’m so glad I called Diamond solar! Rob came to our home to explain our options and answered every question we had, and we had a lot.
We decided on the Enphase solar with 2 batteries so it would work with our Generac generator in a power outage. We live in Pollock Pines so it was important to us.
Barak got us on the schedule for installation. Brad and team were very punctual, professional and friendly! Installation was pretty fast everything is working perfectly and we are so happy!!!

Barak and his guys did exactly what was contracted. They made the installation look good and clean. They did a good job at cleaning up after themselves at the end of the installation. Also Barak made our installation work on a very tight timeline. He worked with my City to get the permit approved and looked ahead at the weather to fit us in. He is working on completing the permission to operate paperwork to complete the project now. Great job!!

The Diamond Solar Solutions team was recommended to me for solar system design and installation. The entire team was great to work with and provided clearer and more helpful information than high-pressure sales people from other companies. They listened to my wishes (back-up panels, electric vehicle charger) and made solid suggestions. Barak was very thoughtful about how to set up the panels given the exposure and trees. Tracking the energy production against my usage with the Enphase app, I see that he made an excellent suggestion. My system has been operating and approved for more than 3 months with no glitches. The install was smooth and most importantly on time with great communication, which I find very difficult to find around these parts. Great prices and the hardware was the latest technology.
