I stopped at this location to get a large ice cream but found a Smoothie operation there. They just opened on 1 Dec 2023. For a smoothie, I found too much and too many large chunks of ice in my "smoothie". The large chunks of ice went into the nice large straw and clogged the straw. I had to blow the straw clear to get more in it. Almost impossible to do when driving. I called and asked if the large chunks of ice were supposed to be in the drink and she said, "Yes." I explained the problem with the the large chunks of ice clogging the straw and recommended the ice be ground down to a smooth consistency. She was reluctant to accept that recommendation. She recommended I come back so that she could make another. I said, "No, thank you." I need not drive from Foley to Gulf Shores for the same thing.
Now I recommend she make the smoothie for herself and experience the situation of large 1 or 2 inch chunks of ice in a "smoothie" and see for herself the problem of not making it smooth enough to go through the straw. I was surprised to see such large chunks of ice and took several photos of how large the ice was. Hope to attach the photos. Why is there no way to add photos to this review?

Amazing place, I always get the Shark bite loaded tea which is cherry and bluerasberry flavor, what a great alternative to energy drinks!!!
