Went in this morning for a NormaTec compression session that I won from the Citrus Heritage Run. The girls there are so nice and helpful! Like, honestly just so pleasant to talk to while sitting there getting my service done. The compression session was my first ever and was so nice after doing a 10k and Mt. Rubidoux 2 days apart. I will definitely be back!

Cryo fix wellness is truly the place for all your recovery needs. I recently went after being extremely sore after a leg work out. I knew I had to get into Cryo as soon as possible. Vanessa recommended the sauna, normatec compression and cryotherapy. I enjoyed the morning relaxing at Cryo. The following day I felt a HUGE difference in my legs and body. I was able to go about my daily active lifestyle from one day to the next. It really works!

This place is amazing! I’ve tried other therapies such as their sports massage and their CRYOFACE LIFT. I did about 5 sessions of cryoface lift before my wedding and it made allll the difference in my skin! My skin felt tight and you can instantly see the fine lines fade with just one session. I also noticed it gave my face a natural contoured look. This place continues to exceed my expectations and the staff gives quality service!

Staff is amazing, super friendly, and know their stuff! Have seen huge improvements in recovery after doing cryotherapy session and using the normatec boots. I usually go 3-4 times a week and it has been life changing! Totally worth my time and money!

This is a amazing facility. Absolutely wonderful and knowledgeable staff. My daughter was in so much pain from the toll that playing two year round sports takes on her body. A few months of coming here and she's back at 100%. She looks forward to her weekly visits and I look forward to not seeing her in the pain she was in before.

If I could give 10 stars I would. CryoFix is the best thing I've ever done for myself. The staff is wonderful. Vanessa is a sweet and knowledgeable woman with great compassion. She has lots of suggestions to help with over-all wellness and knows what "getting frozen" (my term) will do to improve feeling better.

After two sessions in the Cryo chamber, I was relieved of my lower body aches and pains. I have rheumatoid arthritis. My ankles, knees, hips and back felt instant relief. After about a month of three visits per week I noticed a lot of improvement in my hands, elbows and shoulders.

Being "frozen" for three minutes helped me with my energy level and improved my mood. I hope to continue with CryoFix for many years to come. Cannot say enough great things about CryoFix and staff!
