The solar pool heating system in my rental house was installed by Solar Heating Specialist, INC many years ago. I am not the original purchaser. Recently my tenant found leak from the pipe of the solar heating system from the roof, my tenant called them on behalf of me and got this back to me: "they said If the company put in solar system for you their charges are: $95 for coming down and easy fixes included in that, if the pipes are leaking then he will charge additional $10-30 for pipes replacement. If it is something more serious you would be looking into $200-$300 in repairs. But we will not know until somebody comes down here. I called them in person and one of their staff told me not to worry about that $200-300, it is very likely just the pipe leak and the charge would be only $95 plus some parts about $10-30, so I authorized my tenant to have them come over to fix the leak, they did not show up on the first scheduled day, they said "they forgot", they came on the rescheduled day, that was a Monday, they did something(my tenant told me) and charged $95, two days later, Wednesday, my tenant found leak again from the same place of the roof, called them again and one of their guy came again, this guy said the first guy (from their company) did nothing. This guy found some more problem, the mounting brackets on the roof that hold the unit in place is deteriorating, and that the weight is causing the entire unit to slowly slide off the roof, I asked my tenant to ask them to fix the leak they did not fix well first, but my tenant told me, "Unfortunately fixing will be done after they make estimate and agree with you on price." All these happened last Monday, and today is Saturday, almost one week had past, I have not gotten any estimate from this company yet. Below is the impression this company gave me: (1) They forgot their client' appointment, I guess the course, they think it is just a small case, too little money to make for them; (2) After the they "fixed" the leak, the leak is still there; (3)They did not finish repairing the leak, but wanted me to agree with their price for another issue first before completing their work which they have charged. After you have read this story do you still want to use this company?

System was installed over 5 years ago. Had a leak EVERY year since then. The first couple they fixed free. After that they started charging to repair their own shoddy work. This year, it stopped working altogether. I'll call someone else to fix it!!

I have used the solar heating specialists at warm pools for the past 3 years. They installed a solar pool heater for my pool and do yearly maintenance on it. They are wonderful people to work with. Kudos to the solar heating specialist's at warm pools

Terrible customer service. I had a scheduled appointment and when that day came no one showed or called. I had to call them and they gave me an excuse as to why the tech didn't show but no explanation as to why I didn't receive a call to let me know he wasn't going to show. TAKING MY BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I have service call today and no body show up no call from the company to let me know I call then no one answering phones this company was very good company on 2007 company was run by old owner that's the reason I did bussiness with them
