Lin was great about scheduling and had a technician show up on time every day for a complete residential duct replacement. There was always enough men to ensure the job would finish by the scheduled end day, and they were all curteous and professional. The materials were higher-end (more substantial) than the big box stuff. All the visible work was done with detail. One small issue was resolved with a brief return trip. It was a pleasure dealing with the professional office staff who maintained regular updates.
