This has been my go to location for years now and the staff is has always been great until recently. It seems like they don’t have patience or understanding for their customers, I was in shopping and felt pressured and rushed like the tender was unhappy that I was asking to look at products. I ended up getting something I wasn’t happy with, not sure if I will continue using this location 😔😔.

never coming back here again, my budtender was extremely rude, wasn’t answering questions i was asking and didn’t know about anything, My order was $40 i tried giving her $39 in cash and $1 in 4 quarters she said we don’t accept change? Since when i’ve always used change, and its not like i was paying in all change it was literally $1 lol , my budtenders name was Marissa G, first time having her and my last time there for good

I've been a customer since they opened. I spent tens ofbthousands here. Refered people as well but unfortunately I recently realized that Money is more important than doing right by their customers. I bought a pod cartridge that was defective. I called them back the same day. And because I recycled the packaging, I got a firm no on my exchange and the gal I dealt with was beyond unpleasant. She what time do the blame me for throwing the packaging when in reality it was their faulty products 💯 I understand you want the packaging but if you're selling faulty products, the very least you could do is take it back and replace it for something that actually works. So they sell crap, yet the customer is the one to pay the price. Definitely not how I would do business. I'm sure most people have a good experience and I usually do but not when a booming business is getting over on a hard-working average person. I thought they were better than that 🤷‍♂️

I'd be happy to remove my review if higher level would like to make it right. But the people got to know if they're getting ripped off

The employees make this place run. Could be amazing if there was less focus on having a billion different products and there was an in store menu. Tons of wasted effort on display cases that don't provide pricing. Tons of wasted time hanging each individual product on the wall when they could just have shelves put up. Everywhere else I have gone has a menu, you guys are the only ones without.
If I went to a restaurant and they just had plates of food out and no menu, and I had to just point at things and ask what the price was, I would assume they don't know what they are doing. Right?

At first was getting upset with the service but mark came through and was able to ensure I left with a smile and had the same discount as needed without any hassle! I felt like walking out at first but mark gave me the opportunity to give this club another chance !
