A team of five arrived on site and helped update our 1970s house with aluminum wiring. They replaced the main electrical panel with an updated box and rewired half the house. Outlets and switches that were no longer working or missing – all replaced. We expanded the house on the back and they did the rough-in work as well as the finishing work for the switches and outlets. One nice thing that we really appreciated – were detailed invoices with pictures before and after. Also got an electronic receipt. We will need this when we go to sell the house. Could not be happier with the work. Highly recommend Mr Electric. Special thanks to David, Josh, Steele, Cody.

Great customer service. They came out the same day to inspect our issue. David was very knowledgeable and was about to explain problem and the resolve. Josh came out the next day, fixed our popping circuits and installed a whole house surge protector. Definitely recommend them.

What a wonderful experience! From the initial contact with the amazing young woman who scheduled the appointment until the tech completed his job, it was a pleasure. The scheduler was so kind, courteous and professional; it touched my heart. I actually teared up as I thanked her for the pleasant experience, because kind customer is very rare these days. Then there's Ian!!! Not only a great electrical technician, but a great guy!!! He went about his work with confidence, explaining his findings and offering options for what needed to be done to make our home safe. This company is outstanding! My experience with Mr Electric started with them calling me back prompt and scheduling me at my earliest convenience. That was a definite plus!
