I had a great experience with Highlands Energy from the first time I called customer service I spoke with rep Marissa. She was so friendly and helpful. She made me feel comfortable talking to her that every time I had a question I would call to speak with her. The person who came to enroll us into the program was Victor he was also so Friendly and helpful in the enrollment process. Overall I had a great experience and will definitely recommend to my family and friends.

This company need to be sued then they’ll stop damaging ppl homes. They lied say they’ll repair things. They don’t repair they made multiple damages to my home. Things that wasn’t damaged or working. No longer work things that wasn’t damaged are damaged. They make excuses don’t except damages they’ve caused. Do yourself a favor don’t allow these liars in your home. You’ll end up spending a lot of money making repairs you didn’t have before. Inspector John is very rude. No mask or shoe covers. Walked through my home opening every closet enter every room. Rooms & closets that wasn’t worked on. Felt as if he invaded my privacy

They came and did weatherization on my house worked on changing out my my thermostat and did a little wiring in my ac unit ended up leaving wires uncapped and burnt out the wiring now I've been out of an ac for 2 weeks and they won't respond I had a heck come out and he said the wires touched the metal side wall which caused the to burn

Signed up for a weatherization program to get a new floor lamp, lightning fixtures for the ceiling and walls, and LED lights.
When the workmen came they did none of those things.
A waste of time.
Don't trust what the service reps promise.
