UPDATE: January, 2024. While our monthly water bill is still high I now see more value from Hidden Valley Lake Community Services District. This is due to the fact that they installed "smart" water meters which send water use electronically to the main office and if a lesk occurs in your house or water meter the system sends you an email alert. Due to this system I was alerted to a 10 gallon per hour leak at my house and after searching the whole houes top to bottom I could not find the leak until while taking out the trash which is near the water meter I heard water running at night. Turns out it was coming from the water meter box out by the street. I called the water district and the Manager Dennis came out with his maintenance crew and they fixed the leak which I realize was above and beyond normal their duty. Thanks Guys and good job!

Outrageous charges as stated by previous reviewer. Awful customer service, no connection with the community and poor quality water. I wish we had a choice. These folks need to be held accountable and not take advantage of the HVL community.
