I visited Bristol Farms Woodland Hills for the first time last week, and I was very impressed by their selection and quality of products. They have a friendly and helpful staff, a clean and organized store, and a variety of specialty foods and beverages to choose from. I especially enjoyed their salad bar happy hour, where I got a delicious and fresh salad for a great price. They also have a hot food bar with different cuisines, a bakery with mouth-watering pastries, and a sushi department with authentic and tasty sushi. I also noticed that they have a wine, beer, and spirits section, as well as a coffee, juice, and smoothie bar. I will definitely come back to try more of their offerings and to buy some of their gourmet and organic groceries. Bristol Farms Woodland Hills is a gem in the neighborhood, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality and satisfying shopping experience..

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had was buying a birthday cake from Bristol Farms on Mulholland Way in Woodland Hills last night. Based on their reputation, I thought I could trust them. First off, there was no real cream inside or outside. The only thing you could taste was a very sugary frosting. The flour seemed like corn flour, which was new to me because I’ve never tasted corn flour in a birthday cake before, and there was no information tag or label on it. Plus, there was no decoration at all. It’s shameful that a big brand like Bristol Farms would make something so trashy. It was a complete waste of money and time. They ruined my daughter’s birthday, and nobody could eat it. We ended up throwing it in the trash. On the other hand, the birthday cake from Ralphs was much better in quality and taste, and it had nice decorations. Do yourself and your health a favor and don't buy cakes from this store. Absolutely NOT recommended!

The gentleman that helped me today in this store in the produce section, Warner, is a national treasure of a man. He was utterly kind and noticed that I was a new face in the store. After some small talk he came and found me and offered to buy me a store juice. I told him he absolutely did not need to do that but he insisted. He walked me to the register and paid for my juice out of his own money. I am still stunned by this level of kindness, I’ll truly remember this for the rest of my life. I usually shop a little closer to lake balboa but now I will go out of my way to shop at this store because of this level of customer service. Astounded!! Thank you Warner!!

I had an exceptionally terrible experience here and I am so disappointed because I had higher expectations for Bristol Farms.

Everyone working looked absolutely miserable, had low depressed energy and did the bare minimum so so slowly that I was late to work.

Got a lukewarm lavender mint latte after waiting 15 mins unaddressed at the juice and coffee bar. Then got a sandwich at the deli made by a guy named Luis who looked like he never made a sandwich in his entire life and like it was his first day ever being employed. I ordered a chimichuri roast beef sandwich and HE FORGOT THE CHIMICHURI SAUCE and used a sourdough bread bowl used for clam chowder instead of ciabatta. I didn’t have time to get it remade because I was already late for work because he was SO SLOW. He had NO IDEA what he was doing, took an eternity and the sandwich tasted awful. What a waste of a $30 lunch!!!

I will never go back to this location. Wow, just wow.

I Ordered two sets of side dishes for Thanksgiving to bring to my sister's home this year both were horrible! Lets me start with the "Candied yams with walnuts" absolutely no flavor or seasoned not even salt, raw tasteless walnuts (not toasted) and wtf was the Candied in it?! I have no clue! The Brussel Sprouts were no better absolutely no seasoning or salt, the "Applewood bacon" was tasteless not even browned like bacon should be when adding to a dish and the fig glaze was mediocre at best! I even apologized to my sister it was so embarrassing! $50 of nothing! I don't know who Bristol Farms has hired for Thanksgiving Chef services but they are not chefing!!! Thanks for a horrible experience!!!
