I recently applied for a mortgage through Priority Financial Network, and my experience was far from satisfactory. From the very start, the process was incredibly frustrating and inefficient.
I was constantly left in the dark. Within a month after I applied for a loan, the officer handling my application contacted me only once, and I am still waiting for official pre-approval. I have no application on their portal when I check my account. Excellent way of doing business!!
The loan officer went against my request and ran my credit report. This added unnecessary stress and confusion, especially when dealing with something as important as a mortgage. I left him a voicemail and email, but there was no answer.
Overall, my experience with Priority Financial Network was disappointing. What should have been an exciting process of buying a home became stressful and time-consuming due to their lack of professionalism and transparency. I would not recommend their services to anyone seeking a smooth, straightforward mortgage application process.

Do not recommend this company!! My life has been a living nightmare and every homeowners worst fear.
I was peer pressured into using this bank and I should have went with my gut feeling. They have been the worst anyone can ever imagine.
I've been in my home a few years now and I got a letter in the mail a few months back from their lawyer saying they are going to foreclose on me. Not because I'm behind on my payments because they aren't able to sell my loan off to another investor. Meanwhile they have been screwing around with my account pulling my credit without me knowing since last year.
Once they weren't able to refinance me because of my score they tell me there was things on my credit report that didn't show at the time of closing so if those things would have been on my credit report at the time they would have denied me. So now they are trying to foreclose on me to get the house back. And their accusations about stuff not showing on my report was a lie everything was on my report at the time of closing.
They have been harassing me with their lawyers and not even trying to give me a chance to get out of their bank they literally wanted me to pay my loan in full in 30 days and they said they will proceed with foreclosing if not.
I'm telling you this has had me so stressed to the point I was about to loss my mind. I couldn't believe this was really happening or a bank could even do this to people. I followed all the rules and did everything the correct way in order to buy my house. I worked very hard to get this house and for them to do this to me is unimaginable. Please no one use this bank I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy.

We got the great opportunity and joy of working with Nancy Kellicut, she was amazing from the start and kept us in the loop of everything.
