These lashes are amazing and absolutely worth the money! I’ve worn mine at lease a dozen times! I love that they give you 2 pairs, because you do have to be careful taking them off. I was a little careless the first time I took them off and a couple lashes came off of the upper lash. Other than that, I would say these are the best fake lashes on the market! They look so natural and comfortable when they are on!

One Two has been my go to for lashes for years. At one point I had about 15 pairs from accumulating different styles over the years. I would get them for myself, friends and family... especially when they were having deals... as people tend to do... as is the point of a sale. One day my order didn’t go through and they blocked my account accusing me of resale, had no proof, and blocked my account indefinitely. I felt faithful to the company even though they dropped me so I would even have my coworker buy them for me and I would pay her back. The time has come to drop this company not for the lashes but for how they treated me and my integrity. No more asking my friends to place orders for me when I need lashes.
Ironically, I am still on their email list so I still get emailed deals. Slap in the face if you ask me.

March 2020 Emails for proof....
One Two: “According to our system, your account has been flagged for unusual reseller activity. Please keep in mind that One Two Cosmetics does not authorize the resale of any products, as it goes directly against the website's Terms of Service. We cannot guarantee the authenticity, customer service and money back guarantee of products bought through unauthorized resellers. Please feel free to reply back to me with any further questions or concerns you may have regarding the One Two Cosmetics Reseller policy.”

Me: “How was it flagged for reseller activity? I don’t understand how it was brought up on my account since I’ve never resold the products. There was a special that my coworker and I took advantage of and placed them on the same order. How can I move fwd to get the lashes I ordered?”

One Two: “Thank you for reaching out to us. Unfortunately, there is no way to undo the ban at this time. We did review your account after your inquiry and unfortunately we cannot reverse the restriction.
I apologize for any inconvenience and wish you the best.”

Me: “So just to clarify, I’m restricted from purchasing anything else from you guys indefinitely? For being accused of resale activity even though I never resold anything? If so, that’s insane. I loved this company and was my go to for lashes. It’s very disappointing... firstly because of this incident and secondly because of the lashes.”

They look fabulous! They definitely take some practice to get on and I've had a little trouble getting them to stay on since my own lashes are recovering from extensions and very thin. I've had to adjust them on or two times during the day, but over all, once I get them on well they work great. These give me the confidence to make the transition back to my natural lashes from extensions that were burning my lashes off and making them fall out from glue fumes. The magnets don't seem to bother my lashes/eyes at all and they have been growing back more quickly than expected. Thanks to One Two lash it has saved me the embarrassment of the stubby lashes and bald spots that were left after extension damage. I'm hoping to continue to use them as my lashes heal, not only to enhance my own lash look, but to reduce makeup I use and and any chemicals so that my own lashes can grow as healthy and thick as possible. I absolutely love the idea that these lashes are magnetic and no glue is needed to apply. I also love the fact that you can reuse them. I have the bold lashes and they look amazing when they are on. The only problem I have with the lashes is that they are advertised as easy to take off just by sliding your fingers against the lashes. I have found it a little difficult to take off and while it doesn’t ruin my own lashes, it has bent a few of the One Two lashes and also some have fallen off from me trying to take them off of my eyes. I really do love these lashes and I defintitely want to try the other lashes, such as the Founder’s lash for a more natural look. These lashes have become my favorite go to lashes and they completely transform my makeup look! I would definitely reccomend!

I have tried drugstore magnetic eyelashes and found them difficult to use, although I eventually applied them successfully. I thought I would try One Two Cosmetics much more expensive set to see if they really are easier to use, since they offer a refund guarantee. I liked their magnetic case, but that was about it. The lashes were no easier to apply then those that cost 1/5 the price. I tried their lash applicator multiple times and had no success. I decided to return the product and was disappointed to learn that I would have to pay return shipping for this disappointing product. I did receive a prompt refund of the purchase price though.

I have never worn false eyelashes before and I'm having a hard time putting them on. I need a lot more practice. Also since I've never worn any before I see the lashes go up and down when I blink and it's because they are much longer than my own. Once I get them on though, they look great. Just need more practice. Also I don't use every day. Only when I dress up and go out. Probably a mistake as I should use them every day to get used to them. Anyway, I'm not giving up. They look great once I get them on.

If you are thinking this is a risk free to try, think again. I would never recommend based on customer experience. I purchased lashes here with the understanding that this was a money back guarantee. When I couldn’t get the lashes to work like I needed them too, I contacted them within a week of receiving the lashes. After reaching out MULTIPLE TIMES via email, phone call, and live chat, which I don’t think they even have anymore, I was finally able to get a refund. However they only refunded me the money for one set of lashes, and when I tried to reach them again to inquire about why they didn’t refund the 2nd set, I was never able to reach them and lost my money.

I ordered the bombshell and up town lashes and the bombshell lashes came in but I'm missing the uptown lashes. I love the bombshell lashes for a night out or a party they always complete the look. So far they are great and so much easier to apply than false lashes and honestly worth the splurge.
