It is my one year anniversary today on Peptide Therapy ( SemiGlutide to Trezepitide)

I began my peptide therapy journey from fracturing my foot and taking a medication that stimulates my hunger. I put 19lbs on extremely quickly. Already a drip enthusiast, I was super interested.

I started my peptide journey on the InBody scan which was not shocking by the amount of weight I had put on (I lie it was) but I really had to wrap myself around the fact that at 5’3, 57 years at the time and 144 lbs. my body fat was 36% and my visceral fat - the unhealthy fat around my organs was over 100.
Meaning as a size 2/4 I was considered obese! Can you believe it?

That was all I needed to sign up! I was already beginning a new ritual of working out 6 days a week. Fracturing my foot was incredibly humbling.

Every week coming in to get my shot with Sanya ( AMAZING) the medical director, also still works in ER , teaches and her nurses also work at hospitals. This matters to me!

I would NEVER give myself a shot, NO WAY! And I want the quick weekly check in’s with Sanja to tweak, asks questions, and get on the InBody! It keeps me accountable to the peptide therapy and my workouts. And it’s super fun! If you are working out versus just hanging out not eating.

The peptide therapy assisted me in taking off 28lbs. I now weigh 116 lbs. and my body fat is about 28-29% - normal range - from 36% - my visceral fat is below 70% - if you don’t know what any of this means, maybe just go in for a scan. Super inexpensive.

Now it’s time to convert more body fat into lean muscle and maintain 116 lbs. and get my body fat down to 25% it’s your body fat, and visceral fat, and skeletal muscle mass that matters even more then the lbs.

I am so grateful that I had the support of a medical director, Sanja, all the super sweet nurses, lovely front desk- and the InBody-along with my own hard work.

Peptide therapy has completely shifted my relationship with alcohol, food, and exercise! Peptide therapy is a transformative guide. It’s given my body back before menopause. The vial you purchase really goes a long way, and you really want the support to tweak your shots while you are learning how to integrate or shift your way of eating.

It’s a truly been a wonderful experience, you will feel right at home.

I really like The Solution in Hermosa Beach and live a short 5-minute walk. I purchase a multi-pack for The Ultimate and generally feel better after receiving the IV, I've had 3 so far at this location.

I work out daily, fairly athletic and in great physical shape but this gives me a good boost. I also have great veins, at least that is what the doctors have said, and usually never have issues getting an IV; However, I just came back from The Solution and unfortunately was not able to get the IV treatment. The nurse, Oxana, completely missed my vein and then tried moving it around several times to get it right to no avail. I felt extreme pain, this was more painful than any blood draw or IV that I’ve had in my life and this is also the first time I’ve had anyone not be able to administer an IV.

I left without getting the treatment, it’s more than an hour later and my arm still hurts / throbbing pain.

This is not consistent with other experiences I’ve had here and will come back BUT only when they have a more experienced nurse working. My advice is to be cautious and not go on a Monday.

I'm so glad I discovered this place! I always feel so much better afterwards!
Very clean, very nice people. I actually hate needles but they do such a great job, I've never had a problem with any of them. My preferred choice is the custom IV which for anyone over 35 or anemic like myself or just anyone who has issues absorbing nutrients this is a great way to bypass the stomach and go straight to where you need it. Highly recommend! Always gives me a great boost of energy for a few days.

Beyond fabulous! Felt like a million bucks after visiting The Solution. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Plenty of parking. Super clean and DEFINITELY worth a visit. I will be back for sure.

Excellent place for IV therapy. I just wish their prices weren't so high. To be fair the prices are the lowest in comparison but still a very expensive but necessary therapy for those with Lyme.
