Great customer service always! Starting with the phone etiquette! There has been times where I’ve needed to reschedule and the team is always willing to work with my availability. The rooms are very clean and the wax technicians are very professional and make every experience comfortable! Highly recommend!

Xyla was absolutely amazing. She was calm and easy to talk to throughout the service. She had a positive attitude and made me feel very at ease. She was very professional too. At the end of the service, she gifted me a little bag with gummy bears and a couple stickers to say thank you. It was unlike any customer service interaction I had before and I was very grateful! She will absolutely be the reason I come back.

Stopped here on my way from LA to Vegas. Didn’t have a reservation, and they got me in, in 15 mins! Hannah was wonderful, super thorough with my brows and did a great job. I only wish she had trimmed them a little bit. Great place to stop.

I am not one to go out of my way to send a review but I got to say, Brenda was amazing. I recently moved to this area and didn’t know who to go with. I’ve been so cautious about my eyebrows but Brenda was able to understand what I wanted and she did a great job! I love how we connected in the first meeting. I plan on going to her from now on!!

I had Hannah and it was a 10/10 experience! She was professional but also very personable and helped with my nervousness about the process. She also did a fantastic job with my waxing! If you don’t know who to go with, go with Hannah! You won’t regret it!! ♥️
