Unfortunately I had to give this company 1 star. Overall I would’ve left a negative star. Ever since I moved into my home my gas bill has been $200 or more. This doesn’t include all the additional fees they have. After dealing with this rip off company I will no longer live anywhere where gas is included. I don’t even live in Graysville and never wish too. Total scam. Money hungry company!

Today I experienced terrible customers service. There's a main line that is out and a number of neighbors are out of water and from my understanding and email that I received it Will be 24 hrs until it is restored or longer.

That's not the issue. The issue is, when I called to get that INFORMATION the customer Representative told me that i needed to go and buy plenty of water, got smart with me when I asked do you think it will be some sort of compensation? She said in a nasty tone, "Why would you be compensated?" I told her for one we have kids, family, work and we have to purchase water and boil it to get ourselves together, what do you mean? She preceded to tell me that she just got there and told me that since Graysville get their water from Birmingham water works, I should give them a call. She said some other things and hung up in my face. I called her back to try to speak to some type of authority but told her that that's not my d@mn job, we are the customers of Graysville and they should provide answers for us especially if we're going through them for water. They should call birmingham water works and give us answers and don't provide horrible customer service while doing it.

It’s a gas company. Pay your bill and you’ll be good. lol… customer is great and if you have a problem just talk to them. They will help you in any way possible.

Only problem I have is the fact we are paying a Minimum balance for a service that is not being used. It is 40 dollars no matter if you water is being used. My mother passed and I am keep her house up. Water is only on if we go there . Because of Weather has been to cold . Never going to understand the price of 40 dollars for no use of water. Our own water bill is about 28 dollar in the county we live in
Sad and should never happen.

I just had the best customer experience with Macey. She went out of her way to make my issue important and she resolved it completely. This is rare in general and utility company employees are notorious for poor customer service and a “don’t care” attitude. I found the exact opposite with Macey and I wish there were more people like her in different organizations like this one.

Horrible customer service. Everyone I spoke to had an attitude about having to speak to customers. They should NOT be working there. I kept getting sent to the collections department and no one would explain why even when I asked. I don’t even have a bill/balance to pay. And yet, for some reason I kept getting sent to the collections department. We just wanted our gas on so that we could have hot water. We have already paid the deposit and gave them a copy of our licenses and lease. In PERSON. A WEEK AGO! Still not hot water. Something needs to be done about these people. We need the option to give zero stars. This place is absolutely outrageous and I wish we lived in a different city because these people are bitter.

I called to ask for the balance on an account, and the receptionist was so very rude. Horrible customer service, and it makes the Graysville Gas Board look unprofessional. Not a good reflection on them.
