Very unprofessional, no one ever answers the phone or calls you back. We have been renting a generator for about a year from these guys and we had nothing but trouble. They charge over $2200 to come do An oil change on the unit and they do it when they feel like it. In that $2200 all you get is a oil change nothing else. They don’t inspect the belts coolant or battery or any other item. The belts on our unit broke the day after they serviced it. The tech never checked them and we could not find anyone to
Come service the unit. Had to do it ourselves. We called the 800# on the unit and it goes nowhere! We have had nothing but bad experiences from them. You will be better off buying your own unit then having to deal with there bull!
