I got the amp from Curt about 4 months out, pretty quick in my book, especially considering the worldwide supply chain issues. It sounds fantastic. Custom build that arose from a curious conversation on my part, super easy to work with, knowledge, friendly, workmanship is top notch to my eye. Highly recommended!

Updated again 12/2022: my custom amp will never leave my possession. It sounds simply fantastic! Curt has been extremely accommodating in bringing another amp I have back to life on short notice twice here in the past few weeks. I'm lucky to have found a world class amp tech not too far away from home. Still highly recommend!

Through a single guitar i can get a huge variety of sounds just working on channel volume, variwatt, master volume and x-gain combination settings.
X-gain allows to achieve a great sustain.
Overall you can get an amazing tone even at low volume.

I trusted Granger Amplification with refurbishing the 1961 Fender Showman I inherited from by Father. I was leary leaving the amp with someone I'd never met, so I drove quite a ways to meet Curt face to face and hand him the amp. He wound up being everything I look for in an amp tech. He's experienced, intelligent, honest AND A GREAT GUITARIST. He dialed the head in perfectly! My head was finished within the time he promised, it was reasonably priced and it sounded awesome. It's a beast! A great pedal platform. Some amp techs specialize in, say Marshalls, and little else. And there's nothing wrong with that. But Curt took a vintage Fender Showman, that had sat idle for over 20 years and made sound better than it ever did before. I would DEFINITELY endorse Curt to anyone who is concerned with getting the best out of their amp. He's does meticulous work. He's the real deal.

The build quality and sound quality are unbelievable. This mans knowledge of guitar amplification is amazing and he stands behind his product better than anyone. He has modded amps for me and built amps that are true works of art both visually and audibly. You simply can't go wrong with a Granger amp.

Working with Kurt to achieve the amplifier that I wanted was a great experience. Well , curt built me a GNR 100 watt beast about 7 months ago. What can i say, no regrets it's everything i thought it would be. It's my main amp ,it does just about everything very versatile . It covers 60's, 70's, 80's rock even 90's. Curt you know your stuff THANKS
