Element Home Solutions removed the old attic insulation (R8) and replaced it with fiberglass insulation rated for R38. They did a great & thorough job. Not only did they do good work, their attitude about being professional and addressing customer concerns is nothing short of stellar. As with many construction project, problems often arise. This is not the fault of Element Home Solutions though, it was due to a problem when the house was worked on previously. The project manager provided the name of another contractor who quickly found and fixed the issue. I'm very happy with the results pd this project, and would give both contracts 10 starts if google allowed that.

I cannot say enough good things about Element Home Solutions, particularly the project manager, and would not hesitate recommending them to others.

I originally reached out for a quote on insulating our attic and when Eduardo arrived and took a look, he informed us that our heating system was poorly done — likely a DIY from the past owner.

He took the time to sit down with us and explain why he had concerns with our existing system and that insulating alone would not bring us the warmth and savings we were hoping for. And he even suggested moving our furnace up to the attic, giving a bonus closet. The conversation with Eduardo felt like an honest recommendation based on his professional experience, and not pushy or salesy at all.

This was a larger job than we originally envisioned so it took us almost a year to be ready, but the original quote was honored. When the day came for the installation, Eduardo and his team arrived on time and worked quickly, finishing within the estimated time frame.

Our house doesn’t get nearly as cold over night with the insulation, and with our upgraded system we’re able to heat our house to much higher temperatures at a faster rate. As a bonus, the larger ducts and the furnace relocation has made everything much quieter as well!

Our expectations from our initial conversation were met and we are very happy with the service. I would absolutely recommend Eduardo and Element Home!

It took 2 years before I finally pulled the plug on my new heat pump after purchasing a 100-year old home. My first call was to Element and after many other bids and assessments, it was clear that they were my best choice. Eduardo was my person from the beginning, spending hours educating me on how a heat pump works to what would be the proper installation and size. I called him off and on over the years and he always remembered me and the layout of my home, always trying to look for a savings or promotion and explaining where rebates were possible (turns out most installers claim that all units qualify, but actually only a few do). Once we got going, Mac from the central command office helped me coordinate schedules and alerted me of everything re permitting and abatement. On the day of installation I was thrilled to see Eduardo was back, watching over every detail and making sure that everything was working. This is a rarity in the HVAC world, where most sales people only do the selling and one of the many reasons why Eduardo is so good at specifying. All in all, I am very happy with my system and recommend Element heartedly as honest, careful and truly committed to quality, transparent service.

Insulation removal, clean-up and new insulation installation.
Just like their yelp reviews, Element does fantastic work. Very professional, communicative, on-time, and protective of your house. Very happy with the clean-up work of the attic and insulation and then of the new insulation installation. I'm not posting the pictures of how dirty it was after a new roof and their clean-up, but here is photos of everything neat, tidy, clean and with wire guards on any potential rodent entrances from interior or exterior holes.
