“Regulatory agencies do not have a standard for mold like they do for asbestos and lead paint. So in this murky scientific field Integrity is everything. If you can find someone who has integrity it's worth any cost, because of the lost time and the poor information given. I've had $1,900 worth of testing done at my house from different companies before I met Frank at Property Health. Wow, this company is efficient. I needed someone to do asbestos testing stat. I called them at 5:55pm, Frank answered and by 2pm the next day someone was taking samples from my walls and ceilings. I got the report the very next business day. HIGHLY recommend them.

Let me start with this: if every business were run the way that Frank ran Property Health, the world would have no complaints about anything.

We needed to get some work done on our floors at our 3k sf gym facility, and realized we needed to test for asbestos before removing any adhesive or tile. We were in a mad rush to get this all done before the holidays were over, so I contacted Frank on WEDNESDAY NIGHT before Thanksgiving, expecting a reply the next week at the earliest. He responded THAT EVENING, and we actually booked an appointment the morning immediately after Thanksgiving. It's not so much the testing that I'm grateful for - it's the amount of education that Frank provided me after my BARRAGE of constant emails and texts - "is this black mastic? what should I be concerned about here?
what is this yellow stuff?" it didn't matter the time - he was responding Thanksgiving evening at midnight, Friday afternoon after his inspection, Saturday in the evening (admittedly, I'm a bit obsessive and start rapid firing questions, so I'm not exactly the best customer).

Again, this is the BEST service I've ever received in ANYTHING. I'm grateful for Frank's care and passion as a business owner and for serving us so faithfully. We need more Franks in all of our lives.
