We picked Pure Energy to build an extension to our home, after interviewing close to 16 construction companies. This isn’t the first time that we choose to work with Pure Energy Builders. We used their services before, when we added close to 790SF of space to our home. This time around, we decided to add a second story to our home, as our family is growing. We felt relieved for not having to meet with contractors and listen to long and tiring sales presentations. It was evident to us that Pure would be the natural and most fitting candidate for our project. After all, they really did an outstanding job with our previous home extension.

I visited two of their job sites prior to making my decision and saw, first hand, how proficient they were. We couldn’t resist the urge to share this review about the epic construction journey we embarked on with Pure Energy Builders. This company is utterly reliable and trustworthy and we honestly owe our sanity to the well-organized, the genuine care and the constant support we received throughout our project. We ended up adding approximately 760SF to the front of our home, creating a gorgeous new kitchen, a living room and a master bathroom. We contemplated this project for years, and when it finally happened, the fear of having to deal with the unknown world of contractors sent shivers down our spines. Looking now at the result, we realize how lucky we were to end up working with one of the most professional construction teams that you’ll encounter in Southern California. The new 760SF addition integrates with our existing home in perfect harmony. The execution of every part of the new addition – the cabinets, tiles, island, backsplash, walk-in shower etc. – was done to perfection. To see our lifetime dream unfold into a reality right in front of our eyes, was miraculous. We are so appreciative to the hundreds of hours that this team has invested right here, in our home, making sure that we are always happy and smiling. Each and every worker had put his heart out for us, and we felt it every step of the way. We know that there are many construction companies out there, but Pure Energy is just different. Picture this: our modest-sizes home which was yearning for a touch of expansion. The builder: Pure Energy. The project: a masterful 750-square-foot Accessory Dwelling Unit. 4 months of endless devotion have now come to an end. When we were asked whether we would be willing to leave a review for Pure Energy Builder, we felt the question was rhetorical. They did such a marvelous job. Their attitude checked every box – from the way we were treated, through the constant advice and inspiration that we got, and up until the finished ADU – we truly feel that this team deserves our most sincere compliments.

We love the fact that they constantly inspired us with new ideas, helping us to improve our initial concept and plans. We adore the new charming space of our ADU, and love everything about it: the adorable kitchen cabinets and quartz counters, he doors, the windows, the colors.....everything.

We were asked to point out one thing that seemed apparent about this company, and we feel that it’s the fact that we never experienced any worries, concerns or any stress at all. The peace of mind they gave us, was by far the best thing that we could ask for, and it helped maintain a very professional and friendly environment. Our 750-square-foot ADU is so special that we keep getting compliments from neighbors and guests who see it. In fact, so far, two of our neighbors who live on the same street, have ended up retaining the services of Pure Energy to build their ADUs, after noticing the professional work that they did with our own project.

Our decision to build an ADU stemmed from our desire to provide a comfortable and safe living space for our 90-year-old mother. After interviewing several companies, we were impressed by Pure Energy's attention to detail and their genuine commitment to ensuring a home that would be elderly-friendly and suited to our mother's specific requirements.

From the very beginning, Pure Energy impressed us with their eye-opening ideas and concepets. The level of detail they provided was truly impressive. Pure Energy ADUs envisioned an ADU that would not only be accessible but also provide a warm and inviting atmosphere for our mother. They ended up designing an ADU free of steps or uneven spaces, with safety showers, and other thoughtful features, creating a perfect nest for our beloved mother.

The feeling we had during the project is that our project manager took this endeavor personally. He took the time to understand our mother's needs, preferences, and lifestyle, ensuring every aspect of the ADU was customized to meet her requirements. From the carefully designed kitchen to the spacious bathroom, and from the thoughtfully crafted master bedroom to the overall flow and functionality of the space, the amount of planning was unparalleled.

There is no substitute for the constant dedication that these folks put into our project. The end result is beyond our wildest dreams, and our mother is absolutely in love with her new place. The ADU is not only cozy and beautiful but, most importantly, it provides a sense of safety and security that is of utmost importance for her wellbeing.

We felt strong confindet in the final outcome when we entered into the contract and judging by the finished ADU, we can say without a doubt that our vision has been fulfilled.
