Be careful!!! They are not reliable at all. They send refubished item as a brand new. There will be re-stocking fee in spite of not your fault. You should pay return shipping. They refunded about 25% from original price.
I lost $1,000.

Be very careful ordering from them - I received outlet covers that were completely different from the photos on the website. I suggested they update the website, and the first response was - well, we have a disclaimer on there. I advised them that now that they know the photo is wrong, it would be a good idea to update their site. I hope they do... But now I am stuck with an inferior product that I can "return by going to the website and following the return process."
