We discovered our 90 year old father’s GWP power meter was out only because the bill seemed high. It turns out the meter was not working for several years. And GWP just estimates an amount!!

How could they not replace a broken meter when they knew it was dead. And now they claim that a functioning meter will take 4 months before one is available!

What a joke! If this was a real business , there wouldn’t have any customers.

I wish I could give it zero stars. This city is run like a fiefdom by a select few who operate without accountability, leaving residents with no recourse against price gouging. Meanwhile, the governor seems more interested in redirecting funds to cover his hair products budget. This is what you get when you vote democrats in. Rethink your strategy. Vote these people out.

My power has gone out more under GWP than with any other provider. GWP is sun hot garbage. I look across the street at the neighboring city that is on a different grid and they have no problems. GWP is what you get stuck with, certainly not what you want.

Powers gone out now twice in one day. This is the third outage in the last 3 weeks.

We pay a premium to live in Glendale. We pay a premium for our GWP services but the level of service and reliability is atrocious.

Wheres the money going when we pay our bills?

I called earlier today re power outage and was transferred to 3 people before someone could give me answers re cause and expected fix time.

Power went out again a little before 6pm and the person on the other end of the power outage line was extremely rude! I don't need the negative attitude and the horrid customer service. I need answers which she couldn't provide. She hung up on me.

I wish we had choices when it comes to our utilities in Glendale. All we seem to be getting is high rates and poor and low quality service.
