My experience with Terra Energy Paul is amazing he is willing to go above and beyond as our sales rep. We were hesitant to commit into a contract Paul explained to us every detail of the benefit of having service with Tera Energy solar . As of today we have saved so much money our electric bill has gone down to $28 - $31. The installation team supervisor Alex called me said we should be installed within 2 days once they commence, however we were installed within 1 day. I have not had any issues from start to today and we have amber using them since Nov 2024. I would highly recommend them. Any questions we had after the meeting call they are very helpful and willing to respond to any questions.

Terra Energy starting from the sales rep. Paul to the service are phenomenal! Paul explained to us every detail of the benefit of having Tera Energy solar and we are now saving energy cost, plus living in Florida all that sun heat that used to hit hard on our roof, these solar panels take all that energy and helps our home feel cooler and our AC unit works alot better! I definitely would recommend Terra Energy Solar to everyone I know!

Hello, I am beyond disappointed with Terra energy Solar . I started almost a year ago and still have not seen this project finished. I blame a lot of it on my sales person. Bruce Jacobs his lack of follow up or carrying is beyond insulting!! I have four homes that I signed up for they have not even finished my first home and cannot give me any kind of reason or why we cannot get hooked up with FPL I always wanted to go Solar. I love to help the environment and of course saving money is a big plus but at this point, I cannot recommend this system as of yet to have it connected to know if I save any money or if this is just a pyramid sceam i’ve spoken to Customer Service & the salesman so many times they all seem to give me the same answer? don’t know they’re working on it but here it is almost a year later and all I have our panels on my roof and no savings and no idea what the next steps are. I have a lot of things to do as I own many properties that I manage. I don’t should not have to babysit this company be careful Do Not Use Bruce Jacobs. He is not the person you wanna work with it’s all about selling and no customer service. Oh yeah and they promised me $1000 bonus a year ago for signing up with all my homes. I doubt I’ll ever see that either. very aggravating I hope they call me so I can finish this one job and move on. I will not be moving on with any other of my homes. I don’t trust this at all.👎😩

I had a fantastic experience with Terra Energy for my solar panel installation. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process easy. They completed the job on time. The installation looks great, and their customer support has been excellent.

I installed my solar panels in May 2024 and signed the papers in April 2024, but as of January 2025,I still hav no solar power. The panels are installed, but the issue is with the transmission from my electric company. I understand this is not from their side but the problem could have been avoided if Terra Energy had been upfront with me from the beginning.

The engineers should have known about this transmission issue and I feel like I’ve been mislead. Now, I’m stuck with panels on my roof that have been inactive 8 months.

The lack of communication from Terra has been frustrating to say the least and I’m writing this to warn others. This whole situation could have been avoided, and is preventing me from considering any plans regarding the roof or sale of the premises. The company is still working on fixing it. I haven't received a call in months, and I hope someone sees this review and reaches out to me before signing up with this company.

Terra Energy is running a scheme to take customers' money. They promise savings on your FPL bill, but those savings never happen. Instead, you’re left with high costs and, in many cases, permanent damage to your property from their installations. Their sales team will say anything to get you to sign up, but the reality is far from what they claim. Be very cautious before trusting this company
