You might read some of the other reviews on here and get scared but don't be. This was our experience and we couldn't be happier.

We've been shopping around for someone to come out and replace our furnace because it runs our AC and it just couldn't keep up anymore.

We called quite a few places and got quotes, but the only one we felt comfortable with was Integrity. Keith was our point of contact to begin with, he came out and talked with us about every little detail he could (where other techs we called out just came looked and said yeah replace it). Keith was here walking us through the nitty and gritty. He made sure that I understood what the problem was (our furnace was an original from when the house was built, and the blower couldn't handle the AC we had in. 4ton AC with a 3ton blower.). Keith then walked through the steps of what it would look like when they came and all the work they would do. Keith then sent us 3 different options of furnaces that would work for us and the prices as well as told us they offer financing. Keith you rock!

Our next point of contact after selecting the furnace we wanted was Trisha in financing. She was great working with us round the clock to make sure we got everyone in and approved. She was timely, knowledgeable, and amazingly kind. Every time we talked she was just so professional. She was even able to get our furnace time scheduled to be installed in about two weeks from our initial signing of the contract.

Next up we get to the Techs (Dennis and Jared) who had to work during the hottest week of the year so far. They made quick work of everything and had to raise the platform in order for the new furnace to reach, they had to install a new flex valve for the gas line, they had to put in a thermostat, they had to enlarge our air intake, and they had to redo our condensate pump line. While doing this they noticed that the previous pump line had been leaking into our floor and showed us where, had they not been here and on top of their game we would have never known.

I can't recommend Integrity Heating , Air & Solar enough. From the customer service, all the way to the techs. Amazing people to work with and they have our business from here on out.

During the big heat wave of 2024 my central air unit went down. This team responded to my needs quickly. Although I could have put a band-aid on my unit and get it working again, I chose to purchase a new unit. This team helped me throughout the process. After about a week of installment ( I had new duct work installed) my new system was up and running. From my research, Integrity was fair on their prices, gave me good options, and let me choose the route I wanted to take. Previously, I had gotten a quote with different company and they were very pushy in their sales tactics. This was not the case with Integrity, everything was done at my pace. I would recommend this company for installment or repairs. Job well done.

This was our first time replacing an AC unit. I have to say this experience is much like buying a car. These businesses will sell you anything at any price. Do your research and find someone that quotes what works for you.

We got quotes from multiple businesses and integrity was by far the most accommodating and knowledgeable for our us. Keith came by and really dove into our options. There wasn't any sort of sales pitch with a flip book of pre written options. He was familiar with our existing system and clearly knew what he was talking about. Once we dialed in exactly what we wanted I had Keith send another quote. Integrity wasn't quite the cheapest but based on my gut we went with them and I'm glad we did.

Everyone I had the opportunity to talk to was just great. From the Keith for the estimate to Johnny and Bishop the install crew. Top notch people who seem happy to do what they do. The install techs were also able to accommodate me running to work and letting them do what they do while I was gone...they even kept an eye on our dogs while they were here as well. A good local business. Do yourself a favor and get and have integrity come by if your ac is at its end!

I have dealt with Integrity since the 1990's. We installed two HVAC units on my first house that burnt down in the 2018 Carr Fire. On our rebuild after the fire, we had Integrity do the complete installation of the Heating and Air system as well as a Solar Field. I have NO regrets of dealing with Integrity in either of these systems. Thanks Integrity. Keep up the good work..........

I had a thorny service issue, no AC on one of the hottest days of the summer. Integrity had put in the system and when I needed service they came out very quickly. The tech had a great attitude, spent a lot of time in my attic in the heat of the day and went the extra mile to diagnose and repair the issue, all with a smile on his sweaty face.
I can't say enough about how well I was treated by Integrity.

Integrity has taken excellent care of our aging air conditioner for 10 years. This past month gave them a bit of a challenge, for it was just a few days after their seasonal service that a part quit functioning and all we had was fan and no cooling. We got worried and contacted them. They sent someone out the next day to diagnose, and in a few days the needed part was obtained and we had cooling again. We are thankful for the skill and diligence of Integrity personnel.

We decided to go with Integrity even though their bid was not the lowest ( in fact it was the highest) but Keith spent a lot of time at the house ensuring that he had all the measurements correct and could design the correct hvac for our home. Others that quoted spent very little time and left us with the feeling there could be many add ons. The installation crew were very good and kept us informed at all times. The work area was kept clean and organized. While it is very early in the project completion we feel comfortable with our choice
